The previous owners had built a very strange, extra long vent system that was nowhere near meeting building code. Isaac identified the issues right away and installed a safe, new vent system. 5 stars isn't enough!! If you're having any dryer issues, call Isaac! We had just bought a new dryer and it wasn't drying properly. Isaac was able to get me in for a same day appointment as my call, upon Inspection he found our dryer vent wasn't up to code and the problem of a sagging vent from lint and water build up. After he identified the problem, he had all the supplies to fix it on-site and was cleaned up in 3 hours. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, professional and clearly very educated. Isaac explained what he  was doing which we appreciated.  He installed the code compliant 22 Gauge aluminum,  removed old ducting & reconnected with the code compliant connections.  He cleaned the interior and exterior vents as well as around the dryer lint trap.  Was amazed to see the amount of lint that he was able to vacuum out from that area. Yesterday during a basement demo I discovered a dryer vent problem I didn’t know I had. I didnt know where to start, but a quick google search led me to DVS. Issac showed up the next morning, exactly when he said he would, and wow does this guy know dryer vents. He gave me a couple of different options and got me all fixed up to code in no time, he replaced my vent with a much safer alternative.
